Simple. You ask for it. Forward a copy of your receipt to email@example.com within 30 days of your purchase with the subject refund, and I will process it within 1 business day. Please allow several days for it show up on your statement unless you paid with a paypal balance in which case your refund will be instantly processed. We will be adding direct credit card payments on our site in the near future as we have developed a PCI compliant site. We are just trying to find a merchant that fits best with our e-commerce solution.
