Start Your Day

Choose from one of the following affirmation loop files depending on the time you have to listen to and repeat them out loud or in your head depending on the circumstances of the day.  Ideally, if you commute to work alone, this is the perfect time to listen to one of the files that are the closest match times to your commute.  You can listen to them from the streaming audio on your computer or mobile device, or you can download them to your mobile device here.  Be aware that by listening to them streaming, if you are not on wifi, it will draw data from your data plan.

Middle Day

Take 2-3 minutes out of your day to read some positive quotes from our blog here.  

A couple of minutes in the middle of the day to refresh your brain with positivity goes a long way.  Once you make this habit, it becomes easier each day.  Once you find a time that works for you, set a reminder notification on your phone for a specific time each that works for you.
